Hi, I’m Tina!
I’m a Sydney based personal trainer and my mission is to make Australia fitter! We’ve been on a slippery slope of processed foods and being couch potatoes for the past generation and aren’t far away from setting the wrong example for the next generation.
I started my career in the finance field and quickly realised that sitting in an office for 8 hours of the day wasn’t for me. I’m an active outdoors person who loves challenging my own goals in fitness while helping clients achieve theirs.
After years of working in the Fitness industry across premier organisations including Fitness First, I realised there is still an enormous amount of misinformation on how to burn fat, build muscle and nutrition in general. My passion for everything related to fitness has led me to constantly push the boundaries we set for ourselves and also stay updated with the latest research to dispel any myths about achieving optimal health.
I work in a very flexible manner with my clients in a range of premises from outdoor parks (I bring the equipment) or apartment gyms and have personal sessions and group sessions. I am going to be brutally honest with you about achieving your goals and will only take on clients who are serious about their health.
