What You Get

An incredibly high energy personal trainer who will help you achieve your fitness goals. I’ll always tell you straight whether we’re the right fit for each other and my process is to eliminate any BS from any aspects of fitness – whether that be the exercise that you do, the frequency of it, the food that you consume or any misguided beliefs you’ve taken on about being health. Don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of personal trainers you can choose from and I’m sure there are a lot of good ones, my niche to focus on clients who have the right mindset or ready to take on the feedback on what will help them live a healthier life. I’m ready to go if you are!

Here’s where you get me all to yourself but you better be ready for it because I’m going to focus on getting your goal a lot faster. This is ideal if you have a very specific goal or require flexibility around your busy lifestyle.

Small Group training

Got a group of friends or work colleagues and get the buzz out of training together? The group training sessions can start from 2 people and can max go up to 6. Even though it’s ideal if the group is around the same fitness level, it’s not necessary and the training can be varied to accommodate different goals.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed with the amount of conflicting nutrition and diet advice out there, you’re not alone. My goal here is to help you a nutritious and delicious diet which is practical for you and ensure that I also increase your knowledge on the right foods to nourish your body.

An absolutely essential yet underappreciated component of fitness is mindset coaching and community support. Through being part of the YvY family, you will also get access to me and we want to ensure that this journey is successful for you. The most consistent and sustainable way to do that is to surface your deepest motivations and truly work on your internal drivers to create a growth mindset.
