WHY PERSONAL TRAINING?
Structure
Take the guess work out of training. Efficient results are a by-product of a well structured, varied and progressive program. We aim to fully understand our client’s goals and their starting point by providing them with an initial complimentary lifestyle consultation and movement assessment. This allows us to pin point their current capabilities and limitations so we can construct a tailored path that leads them straight to their goals.
Accountability
Every worthwhile pursuit will seem to fall apart at some point, drive and motivation can dwindle from time to time however, whether it stays that way is largely dependent on your brute determination or the nudge of an accountability partner. We make sure that your best laid plans are executed and crossed off your list so you can chase bigger and better goals.
Experience
When you have been in the business of making people do things they really want but are tough for years you learn a lot about human psychology, motivation and behaviour just through observation and experience. Over time we have become experts at sensing what is around the corner and dealing with it before it becomes a problem. We are good at having difficult conversations and asking the right questions to that help our clients constantly progress towards their next goal.
Form
Good movement mechanics is our bread and butter. Our clients can rest assured knowing that we take every precaution to ensure they are safe while training, their injuries and pre-conditions are being rehabbed appropriately and they are building a strong, limber and skilled body which will minimise the chance of any future injuries.
Education
The health industry is saturated with mixed messages and contradictory do’s and don’t that will give you whiplash if you tried to keep up with all of it. For the ones who are interested in the deeper understanding of the science of nutrition and training, we are excited to offer simplified resources that help you make sense of it all and debunk the fads and myths. Avoid getting stuck
Results compound when effort and approach continues to evolve. Health goals are not a one time set and forget strategy. However most people take the first few steps towards their goal and expect to fly to the finish line. On the other hand, driven personalities often end up doing too much which depletes any chance of positive adaption response.
