Welcome to YVY Project rehab, where our deep knowledge of sports rehabilitation and injury prevention is at the heart of all our programs. For over 7 years since our establishment, we have successfully worked with clients who have faced challenges with past spinal and joint injuries, range of motion restrictions, muscle tightness or pain. 

Understanding the nature of our client’s injury or movement impairment is our top priority. Our team conducts comprehensive screening tests to gain insights into the impact of these issues on your day to day functional movement patterns.

Our rehabilitation approach focuses on teaching optimal ways of movement that relieve pressure from injured joints or areas, allowing them to heal. We go the extra mile by strengthening muscles surrounding the injuries, arming you against any future accidents. Finally we address imbalances or tightness caused by factors like muscle dominance, sarcopenia, or poor posture.

We restore function by utilizing, strengthening, and progressively overloading muscles within their full range of motion. Customized muscle activation and mobility techniques are employed to prime the body for improved movement. We pay special attention to the end range of motion, reinforcing better mind-muscle connection and proprioception for enhanced control and strength.

The final step of our comprehensive rehab program is stress testing the body as a whole. We use a wide range of activities in line with your set goals such as running, jogging, jumping, lifting, catching, pressing, pulling, carrying, pushing, balancing, reacting etc. to ensure no weak links are left unchecked. Our holistic training approach is designed to make you feel strong, agile, resilient and confident regardless of what life throws at you.
